Pakistan crush India to lift ICC Champions Trophy 2017

In ICC Champion Trophy's high voltage final Pakistan defeated defending champion India in one sided match by 180 runs.India won the toss and invited Pakistan to put score on the board.Bumra struck Fakhar Zaman  early but unfortunately it was no ball. Pakistan played positive and attacking cricket and Azhar Ali and Fakhar Zaman  shifted gears against India by scoring 128  runs for opening stand.Azhar Ali scored his half-century (59) and Fakhar Zaman haunted India with his first ever century (114).Hafeez also scored quick half-century (57 not out).Ultimately Pakistan set a big target of 339 for India.India's strongest batting line up in the world collapsed for 158 runs in 30 overs.Mohammed Aamir broke the backbone of India's strongest batting order. Pakistan excelled India in every department of the game.Fakhar Zaman declared man of the match.

ICC Champion Trophy 2017 dream final : India Vs Pakistan

India will take on arch-rival Pakistan in ICC Champions Trophy final on 18-06-2017 at Oval.India thrashed Bangladesh by 9 wickets in Champion Trophy semi-final on thursday.After humiliating defeat by India,Pakistan,s young team has worked harder and ensured convincing wins against South Africa,Sri Lanka and England to reach final for the first time."I am very impressed with Pakistan.What a superb tournament has been for them.They have shown their belief as team and it will be challenging for us," said Kohali.That is why, Pakistani players have acquired the reputation of being unpredictable. However India is all favorite on paper but there is no guarantee in cricket.The stress on players in these Indo-Pak matches is massive. The team which  handle the pressure and control the nerve in better way on that particular day will lift the Champions Trophy.

India beat Bangladesh to enter ICC Champions Trophy final

In ICC Champion Trophy's second semi-final India Bangladesh by 9 wickets at Edgbaston.

India won the toss and invited bangladesh to bat first.Bangladesh lost 2 wickets for 31 as Bhuvneshwar Kumar struck twice for India.But Bangladesh played positive and attacking cricket and Tamim Iqbal and Musfiqur Rahim shifted gears against India by scoring 123 runs together.Tamim Iqbal(70) tried to take Kedar Jadhav over mid-wicket but was bowled.  

Musfiqur Rahim played a good innings by scoring 61 runs.Bangladesh finished on 264/7 in their 50 overs and set a target of 265 for India to win.Rohit Sharma and Shikhar Dhavan started well for India.They made 87 runs partnership for India before Dhavan out for 46 in just 34 balls.Later on Rohit Sharma (123 unbeaten) and Indian captain Virat Kohli (96 unbeaten) led India to victory in 40.1 overs.Virat Kohali became the fastest batsman to reach 8000 runs mark in 175th ODI.Yuvraj Singh was playing his 300th ODI.
